Dessert Name: Chocolate Chess Pie
We have another dessert here for anyone that loves a little chocolate flavor! This is an old fashioned Chocolate Chess Pie that is very delicious. It is easier than most people would think to make a Chess Pie. This is an easy to follow recipe that will astonish you with the taste when you try this pie!
Dessert Ingredients:
-1 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
-3 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
-Pinch of Salt
-4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted and Slightly Cooled
-5 oz Evaporated Milk
-1 Teaspoon Vanilla
-2 Eggs, Lightly Beaten By Hand
-1 (9 inch) Pie Shell
Dessert Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
-In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, cocoa
powder, and salt
-Add butter and milk to the mixing bowl, and mix in very well
with a mixer
-Now add the vanilla and eggs
-Mix well for about 2-3 minutes
-Pour mixture into pie shell, and bake 45-50 minutes
-Let cool for 1-2 hours before serving
