In this video I share with you some of my favorite exercises that target the upper glutes which will help you not only develop but also sculpt the gluteus maximus. Isolating the upper glutes is hard and requires you to get full contraction, follow isometric exercises, and perform full range of motion. Working the upper glutes allows your gluteus maximus to have great shape and a beautiful sweep that starts right at the top of the gluteus !
