Aaj main bana raha hoon Spicy Veg Dumplings bilkul street style – perfect dough, juicy vegetable filling aur ek dhamakedar chutney ke saath! 🥟🔥

🥟 Dumpling Dough Recipe:
250 gm maida
50 gm milk
Water as per requirement
Soft aur smooth dough ready karein, fir 15–20 minute rest karne dein.
🥕 Veg Filling Recipe:
30 gm carrot
30 gm baby corn
30 gm broccoli
30 gm beans
30 gm mushroom
30 gm sweet corn
👉 Sabhi vegetables ko blanch karein, phir sauce ke saath toss karein.
🍜 Special Sauce Recipe:
1 tbsp veg oyster sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Maggi sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
5 gm aromat
2 gm salt
5 gm white pepper
🌶️ Spicy Chutney Recipe:
1 tbsp chilli paste
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 gm aromat
2 gm salt
Fresh coriander
Sab mix karein aur dumplings ke saath serve karein.
