Nigella and I head off to Sandy Cape to solo camp overnight on the beach. This has been on our bucket list for quite a while.
Four-wheel driving, sand, beach, waves, camping and relaxing, what more could you ask for.
There is an honesty box at the Information bay. Cost currently is $20/night per vehicle and applies to all, whether you're staying in the designated campsites or heading north or south on the 4wd tracks to camp.
This has been one of the best beach camps we've been on. Tamala station would run a close second.
