The recently released adult protective services regulations include a requirement for programs to have an online portal, secured email address, or other online method for receiving reports of adult maltreatment. Join staff from the Adult Protective Services Technical Assistance Resource Center (APS TARC) and the Minnesota Adult Abuse Reporting Center (MAARC) for a presentation on promising practices for designing and implementing online reporting systems. The presentation will include a discussion of the benefits and challenges of web reporting and lessons the presenters learned in creating online reporting systems at the county and state levels.
