Rice -1 1/2 cup
water - 4 1/2 cups
Keerai Pulikari
Spinach - 1 bunch
coconut - 1/2 cup
turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
chilli powder - 1 tsp
pepper - 1/4 tsp
tamarind - 1 gooseberry size
onion - 2 TBSP
salt - to taste
oil ,mustard ,curry leaves --tampering
Payaru thoran
greengram - 1/2 cup
coconut -1/4 cup
cumin - 1/2 tsp
garlic -1 pod
chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
salt - taste

Brinjal (Kattirikkai) poriyal
Brinjal - 5 nos
onion- 1 no
chilli powder -1 1/2 to 2 tsp
turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
coriander powder -1 tsp
salt -to taste

garlic - 3 pods
