Описание: A SUPERhero came to the Borough of Cliffside Park! Our incredible Cliffside Park Police Department curated an exciting event to welcome and honor @devarjaye_ to the Borough of Cliffside Park!

Police Chief Yakup Zoklu shared that the Cliffside Park Police Department is DJ’s 1,378th police department visit and in honor of DJ’s highly anticipated visit, he was made an honorary Police Officer and given the badge number 1378 to commemorate his very special visit.

Bergen County Prosecutor, Mr. Mark Musella shared how much of an inspection DJ is for us all. Coming together is what Law Enforcement does in protecting, serving and making our communities better.

Chief Yakup Zoklu also shared how his department invited law enforcement officers in the area with over 250 people in attendance to celebrate DJ and his inspiring mission.

Cliffside Park Police Department’s Lieutenant Mert Zoklu shared how he was not at all surprised by the incredible turnout. “When the thin blue line calls, we answer”, shared Lt. Mert Zoklu.

Mayor Thomas Calabrese thanked the Cliffside Park Police Department for putting together an absolutely fabulous event.

Cliffside Park Community Affairs Officer, Joseph Biasco shared how they also recognized two other Cliffside Park children who are battling cancer.

“I’m here today to support the community, to support DJ, I live in this area now, this is my community”, stated New York @nygiants Quarterback, Tommy DeVito.

DJ shared how the doctors told him that he had 5 months to live and that he wouldn’t grow, this was 7 years ago as he rubbed all of the bald heads he could!

Mayor Thomas Calabrese asked DJ’s father, Theodis Daniel, how DJ’s health is and DJ’s father shared that DJ’s health is remarkably well and how things like this really keep DJ going.

“We have paperwork front the doctors, they agree that just doing stuff like this, being happy and positive, being active, it really helps out”, stated DJ’s father, Theodis Daniel.
