600 g brašna(tip 400)/Weizenmehl/smooth flour
1 suhi kvasac(7g)t+1 žličica šećera+100 ml malkog mlijeka/
Trockenhefe+1 TL Zucker+100 ml Milch/
Dry yeast+1 tsp sugar+100 ml milk
200 ml mlijeka/Milch/milk
50 ml ulja/Ol/oil
4 žlice šećera/4 EL Zucker/4 tbsp sugar
1 vanilin-šećer/Vanillezucker/vanilla sugar
Prstohvat soli/1 Prise Salz/a pinch of salt
2 žumanjka/2 Eigelb/2 egg yolks
Premaz/Beschichtung/Coating:
200 g kiselog vrhnja/Sauerrahm/sour cream
200 g jogurta/Joghurt/yogurt
3 žlice šećera/3 EL Zucker/3 tbsp of sugar
3 žlice ulja/3 EL Ol/3 tbsp of oil
3 jaja/3 Eier/3 eggs
Prstohvat soli/1Prise Salz/a pinch of salt
Snijeg od 2 bjelanjka/Schnee aus 2 Eiweißen/snow from 2 egg whites
Nadjev/Fullung/Filling:
8 ribanih jabuka+2 žlice mljevenih oraha+1 vanilin-šećer+1 žličica cimeta
8 geriebene Apfel+2 EL gemahlene Walnusse+Vanillezucker+1 TL Zimt/

150 g pečenog grisa/gebackener Grieß/150 g of baked semolina(može i bez tog)
2 žlice oraha/2 EL Walnusse/2 tbsp of ground walnuts
