FasTrac NS Grout

FasTrac NS GROUT is a high performance, non-shrink, cement grout that is recommended for grouting of anchor bolts, baseplates, structural steel, pre-cast columns and dowels which require non-shrink, high tolerance, high strength performance. It is flowable for easy placement, adheres well to concrete, and exhibits good impact and vibration characteristics.

Often contractors use NS Grout for filling grout pockets and machine bases. Usually, the contractor will extend the grout by 30% or more using 3/8” aggregate. This requires the contractor to purchase 3/8” aggregate in 50 lb bags. The contractor then mixes grout, aggregate and water then pours it into a cavity. Since the bagged aggregate is usually wet the contractors uses a best guess method to adjust the mix water.

FasTrac’s solution is to work with the contractor to determine the correct amount of gravel to extend the mix. We then blend the 3/8 aggregate into the mix during the manufacturing process. By doing this we can provide the contractor with a single component, 50 lb bag of grout. A perfect, manufacturer designed mix. Just add water!
