Ingredients:400g lean mince80g edamame100g broccoli3 wraps60g light cheese (20g per wrap)5g olive oil (for cooking meat/veggies)Spinach for filling
Sauce:60g gochujang36g soy sauce33g rice vinegar12g honey
Instructions:
Cut broccoli into small pieces and boil for a few minutes until soft.Add broccoli to medium-high heat pan with salt and pepper and cook for a few minutes until some pieces are browned.Add edamame and keep cooking for a few minutes.Whisk together all sauce ingredients.
Cook meat completely through in medium high heat pan with salt, pepper and smoked paprika. (Remove veggies from pan if you are using the same one)Add sauce and veggies to the pan and mix well.Fill each wrap with ⅓ of the mixture and 20g light cheese.Cook wraps in the same pan until the outside is crispy.Enjoy!
