They say that being a mom is a forever commitment. It is a job that needs to be done on a daily basis. But because of these responsibilities at home and at work some, if not all moms use it as an excuse to forget about self-care, such as working out. Most of them find it very hard to squeeze in extra time for some exercise. Is there a way to help these wonderful ladies to have a healthy lifestyle and be the best version of themselves without neglecting their responsibilities? For this week’s episode, I am so happy to have on the show Ashley, Christy & Michelle the coaches of The Lavender Lifestyle. Ashley together with her sister Jocelyn started their program in early 2020 right before the pandemic. Their website was all about encouraging not just moms but all women on how to be fit, healthy, and have a balanced lifestyle.
