The interview with Professor Cathy Balding was conducted by Dr Zhanming Liang at La Trobe University. The interview focused on to what extent that clinical governance (CG) has improved the quality and safety of the health services provided by the Australian health system.
Part two of the interview explored CG's impacts in health services/healthcare organisations.. The main interview questions include:
1. From your observation and experience, has the introduction of CG significantly improved the quality and safety of service provision in Australian healthcare organisations?
