6 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup oil your choice
1 1/2 Tablespoons anise or almond, vanilla extract your choice
6 teaspoons baking powder
4 1/2 all-purpose flour
Beat eggs and sugar till fluffy add oil till smooth.
Add extract ...Add bakng powder then slowly add flour.
Spray cookie pan
Cut dough into 4 pieces
Place dough on pan shape into a12" long log 3" to 3 1/2 wide
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
Remove from oven place pan on cooling rack for a few minutes
Carefully cut 1/2 " diagonally place cookie on its side bake for 12-15 turning each side till toasted .
Makes 50 cookies counting small ends
