I spent 3 nights in Mae Hong Son, the city and province the loop is named after. I enjoyed taking an extended stay to relax and explore the surrounding area. I checked out some waterfalls in the area and visited Baan Rak Thai - a Chinese village very close to the border between Thailand and Myanmar. I also spent my evenings enjoying the night market and the Christmas lights around the city.
