For Today's video I wake before dawn to reach the summit of Doi Kongmu to catch an epic sunrise over the city. The temple of Wat Phra That Doi Kongmu is a delight to experience in the golden Morning sun.
From Mae Hong Son I take the short 15 minute ride to Su Tong Pae Bamboo Bridge while the sun is still low in the sky. Exploring the small village, Bridge and Wat Phu Samanaram was a delight with no-one else around!
I head back to Mae Hong Son for breakfast at the morning markets where I try three dishes that are new to me including a noodle dish called Toa Pu Un and a chewy savoury cake.
