Mango Graham Ice Candy Recipe Ingredients:
1 can (300ml) condensed milk
1 cup evaporated milk
250ml all purpose cream
1 cup cornstarch
1 cup white sugar
2 pcs mango
1 tsp yellow food coloring (optional)
6 cups water
Yield: 40pcs
SRP: 8 pesos each
Mango Graham Ice Candy Recipe Cooking Procedure:
Slice the 2 mangoes into cubes and set aside.
Prepare 6 cups drinking water and turn on your stove to low-medium heat.
Add 1 cup white sugar and stir until dissolve. (You can add more if you want it sweeter).
Add 1 cup cornstarch and stir until dissolve.
When it's thicker you can turn off the heat.
Add 1 cup evaporated milk.
Add 250ml all purpose cream
Then add 1 can condensed milk.
Add 1 tsp yellow food coloring and stir well. (optional)
Add the mango tidbits and stir.
Transfer the mixture into a bowl and let it cool down.
Pack the ice candy mixture using 1.5x10 plastic bag.
First you need to add 1tsp crushed graham on each plastic bag.
Then, add 1/3 cup on each plastic bag.
Put them in freezer for atleast 4 hours or overnight.
