Bacon — 200 g
Cheese (hard, grated) — 150 g

Vegetable oil — for frying (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the chicken fillet:
Cut the chicken fillet into portion-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.
2. Filling:
Fill each piece of chicken fillet with grated cheese.
3. Wrapping in bacon:
Wrap each piece of chicken fillet tightly with slices of bacon, ensuring the cheese doesn’t spill out.
4. Cooking:
Heat a skillet with vegetable oil over medium heat. Sear the chicken pieces until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Baking (optional):
Transfer the seared chicken fillets to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked.
6. Serving:
Serve hot, garnished with herbs if desired.
