The Supreme Court recently upheld rulings by a family court and the court of appeal that Mrs Owens, must stay married to her husband, despite her saying the relationship had broken down. Joining us at the Roundtable is Brett Frankle, a family and divorce lawyer; Thomas Pascoe is the campaign director at Coalition for Marriage; Adrianna Irvine, is a psychotherapist specialising in relationships and mental health; and Emin Orgev, is a lawyer and member of family law group Resolution.
