Day 1 (Mon)
Barbell Back Squat: 3x7–8
Barbell Bench Press: 3x7–8
Barbell Row: 3x7–8
Overhead Press (Barbell or Dumbbell): 3x7–8
Cable Curl: 3x7–8
Day 2 (Wed)
Leg Press (Machine): 3x7–8
Incline Dumbbell Press: 3x7–8
Pull Ups (assisted if needed): 3x7–8
Cable Lateral Raise: 3x7–8
Cable Rope Pushdown: 3x7–8
Day 3 (Fri)
Romanian Deadlift (Barbell or Dumbbell): 3x7–8
Flat Dumbbell Bench Press: 3x7–8
Chin Ups (assisted if needed): 3x7–8
Seated Overhead Press (DB or Barbell): 3x7–8
Machine Leg Curl: 3x7–8
