Описание: Incline bench press is a great exercise for building up your upper pecs and should be done often. But what is the correct way to do incline bench press at a home gym? In the video I’m demonstrating the different angles of the bench you can utilize while doing incline bench press. As you can see the very first incline is enough you don’t need to incline up any further then the very first one. This keeps most of the target area still in your chest while inclining the bench more would move the target more from your chest and on to your front delts. So all you home gym people out there only incline slightly as that is the correct way to do an incline bench press.
