OK, I lied…I love the gym, but that’s not to say you can’t have a great workout without one. In this clip I use resistance bands and show you are few exercises that can be used to form a full body workout.
Train your your glutes and legs with squats and Romanian dead lifts…and pump up your pecks with resistance push up and get shoulders like boulders with military presses.
