2) Heavy Dumbbell Rows 4 Sets x 8-10 reps (2 Sets with 2 Dumbbells & 2 Sets Single arms)
3) V-Bar Lat Pulldown 3 Sets x 8-10 reps **SUPER-SET** 3) Straight Arm Pushdown 3 Sets x 8-10 reps (Stretch Lats Between Each Set)
4) Standing V Bar Lat Pulldown 3 Sets x 8-10 reps **SUPER-SET** DB Front Shrugs 3 x Failure!!! (watch 3:18)
5) Weighted Hyperextensions 3 Sets x 10 reps
