As a solo stealth player, I usually took 25-30 minutes to finish this quest
In this buildings the density of zombies is moderate, there are not many traps or dangerous areas. This is building is intimidating only in size. However, there are a lot of secret rooms or spots that you might need to get accustomed to them. Clearing building in one sweep could save times, so remembering spots might be useful in this building.
