The biggest building for Tier 5 quest, I usually took at least 40 minutes to finish this quest as a solo stealth with minimum looting.

Many people doesn't want to do this quest due to the time consuming factor and difficulty. Some even says it's impossible. Personally, I would say it is challenging quest but definitely do-able. The quest could be problematic because it is a huge building with secrets room and traps. It will need a little bit of learning to master this quest, but it's not at all overwhelming.
