Burton Salmon Junction & Milford Junction on 24th May 1994
Continuing with my archive of video recording between the years of 1986 to 2001 this clip is of a return visit to Burton Salmon and Milford Junction in South Yorkshire on 24/05/1994. Mainly seen were class 56s on MGR workings to and from Ferrybridge PS. Although I did see a few 47 and 58 workings but the highlight at the time was my first sighting of National Power's Locomotive 59201 "Vale of York"on a working into and out of the sidings at Milford. I hope the video takes you back to this period with fond memories.
