As a beginner, your ONLY job is to not get discouraged. Find joy in having absolute freedom to draw however you want, whenever you want with no criticism or negative associations attached to it. In this video I give a rundown of a few places where beginners can post to network, get involved in passionate communities, and find supportive environments to nurture their creative energies.
I also cover the big question of when you should start feeling like you NEED feedback and critique. Places like Artstation and Patreon can just be discouraging if you're not ready for it.
