Finding Slow Living Moments in the Morning || Slow Life || Intentional Living

Описание: For me, slow living is an exchange of time. Changing moments throughout my day from a faster-paced day or spending time in a way I don't want to anymore. I've been trying to add some slow living moments into my morning as a way to create a long-term slow living lifestyle. Minimalism has led me to an appreciation of slow living. I am no longer interested in BUSY. The busy on my calendar, the busy in my kitchen cabinet, and the busy of stuff cluttered under my bed. I'm interested in intentional, slow living.

Slow living is a lifestyle change... not just deleting stuff from my calendar. It's an approach to your day and your life. I'm making systemic changes so that slow living stays a part of our life. Intentional living is becoming more of a daily practice and easier, too!
