The next morning starts with my 5AM slow living routine 🌿 – editing, enjoying the quiet, and sharing thoughts about mornings and weekends. Later, I cook a comforting chicken noodle soup 🍲 (the best cure for chilly weather and low energy!) and stock up on homemade treats - muesli.

🌸 Spring in Brisbane is full of life, and I end the day watering my olive tree, enjoying the blooming garden, and spending peaceful moments with Ted.
