The Irish Spice Bag is famous in Ireland Chinese takeout restaurants and today I'm going to try to re-create it at home and even better!

Ingredients:
1 small onion, sliced
1 large red large chili pepper, sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 brown lunch bag

Fried Chicken:
2 lbs chicken thighs (908 g)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp cornstarch

Spice Bag mix:
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp Chinese five spice powder
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
A pinch of cumin
1/8 tsp black pepper

Fried Chicken coating:
1 egg white
1/2 cup cornstarch

Triple-Cooked French Fries:
3 large yellow potatoes (908 g, 2 lbs)
1/2 tsp salt (for water)

Chinese Curry Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp curry powder
2 cup chicken stock (no-sodium)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
