Let’s re-create my favourite Chinese takeout dish: Cashew Chicken!

Chinese Cashew Chicken Ingredients:
1/2 medium onion, chopped into 1” pieces
4 stalks green onion, chopped into 1 inch pieces
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 cup raw cashews, unsalted
2 tbsp oil (for stir fry)

Sauce:
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dark soy sauce
Dash white pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup water

Chicken marinade:
1 lb chicken thighs, boneless skinless, cut into 1” cubes (454g)
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oil

Final Touch:
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
