One of the earlier Raffin 31/103 Trumpet Organs made by Josef Raffin, likely from the early 1980s but until a serial number can be located not certain. It has metal case handles and a lovely inlaid case, made in Italy.
Here it plays Blau blüht der Enzian (Heino), the second tune on Raffin 31 Note Roll 0175.
The organ has 31 notes altogether (a combination of 5 bass, 10 accompaniment and 16 melody) but with registers to enable different ranks of melody pipes, those being Rank 1: Bourdon, Rank 2: Bourdon Celeste (tuned slightly sharper than Rank 1), Rank 3: Violin, Rank 4: Wooden Piccolo, Rank 5: Trumpet (Reed). Total number of pipes is 103, as the Trumpet rank includes 3 extra pipes for the top 3 accompaniment notes, and the bass has 5 bass helper (octave higher) pipes.
