Welcome to this gentle, strength-building morning yoga class designed to awaken your body, centre your mind, and help you feel grounded and energised.
In this (almost!) 20-minute practice, we'll explore a sequence of extensions, twists, and core-activating poses that support spinal mobility, muscular strength, and nervous system regulation — ideal for mornings when you want to feel strong yet calm.
This class is intentionally paced and trauma-sensitive, making it especially supportive if you’re living with autoimmune conditions, chronic fatigue, or stress-related tension. We'll gently awaken key muscle groups, build heat without burnout, have plenty of rests, and finish with a grounding reclined pose.
🌿 Props suggested: 2 yoga blocks and a folded towel or blanket
