The instability of the fitball will challenge you to be able to hold our center line while standing tall and when lying on the ball.

🎯 Focus :
Standing balance; Abs, glute and leg strength.
This Pilates mat workout uses the feedback the fitball give you to increase our awareness of our body’s posture and alignment both lying, seated and standing. We will work standing balance, abs, glutes, hamstring and feet strength. This is a great session for beginners as well as intermediate. The last few plank challenges may be a bit advanced still for the beginner but this is a great place to start !
Have fun and remember if you want more, come back as many times as you like and repeat. Repetition and practice is what makes us stronger and helps us achieve our fitness goals !
