3 to 3 1/2 pounds oxtail

1 small carrot
1 1/2 onion
1 tomato
1/2 sweet peppers
2 stalk scallions
1 Tsp ginger
2 Tbsp fresh thyme
4 cloves garlic
1/2 scotch

🌼Seasoning
1 Tbsp all purpose season
1 Tbsp jerk season
1 Tsp oxtail season
1 Tsp black pepper
1 paprika

1 can butter beans
2 Tsp pimento seed/all spice
1 Tsp browning or dark soya

6 to 10 cup hot water
1/2 Tsp salt

💕Cooked oxtail till nice and tender.
