⚙ Description:
Many people say: you should always make a Matched Mesh in the #contact area. as much as possible.
But in nowadays the vast majority of people, have not heard of this at all. They believe that everything is fine if the computer has calculate it.
Especially in structures where all contacts are Bonded.
So let's look at a couple of issues: So, we have two cubes with sides of 10 cm. They are in bonded contact with each other. To simplify the problem, there are only symmetry conditions and a pressure of 100 MPa.

What can go wrong?

In Ansys Mechanical (Ansys Workbench) we take a look to results with Conformable (Matching) and for misaligned (Not Matching) Meshes
