Trauma-Informed Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga Benefits- A meditative flow to replenish blood circulation, restore oxygen in the body, and reduce stress in the nervous system. This ancient practice massages the fascia web-like tissue to help repair ligaments and tendons in the body. Poses are held longer to support flexibility and range of motion. This flow can also regulate stored emotions for healing. 🌈

Doshas: Pitta into Vata
Possible Physical/Emotional Imbalances: Lack, intensity, rigidness, or sharpness.
Manifesting: Exploration, playful energy, growth, fruition, & harvest.
