Описание: Welcome to Day 18 of the January 30-Day Morning Yoga Challenge with Reagan Sobel, E-RYT500! 🙏

Today’s practice is a 15-minute morning yoga flow focused on strengthening the legs and lower body — building stability, resilience, and support from the ground up.

This breath-led practice moves with intention through standing and lower body-focused postures, inviting in both strength and softness. As sensations arise — effort, ease, steadiness, or challenge — you’re encouraged to meet them with upekṣā, the practice of equanimity. Rather than reacting to discomfort or clinging to moments of ease, the invitation is to stay present with whatever shows up, allowing balance to emerge from awareness rather than control.

The practice is accessible for all levels, with space to modify, pause, or move intuitively as needed. Whether you’re beginning your day or reconnecting with your body after time away from the mat, this class offers a reminder that true strength isn’t rigid. Rather it’s steady, responsive, and rooted in the ability to remain centered amidst life’s natural ups and downs.

This challenge was created to support you in:
Building a consistent yoga practice & morning routine
Increasing mobility, flexibility, circulation, energy, and mindfulness
Creating a calm, grounded start to your mornings that carries with you throughout the day
Connecting to your body, breath, and mind in a way that feels expansive and sustainable
Each day offers a short, accessible practice you can return to again and again. The practices are designed to be done daily, but this series can be started anytime — and you’re always welcome to move at your own pace. You’re also welcome and encouraged to combine multiple practices for a longer session.
