This is of course part of my nuclei overload experiment with Triceps, where I'm going to train my triceps every day for 60 days (at least) and report back my results.
If you want to have mediocre results you can do what everyone else is doing, but if you want superhuman results you are in the right spot!
I recommend that you try this feeder workout in combination with your regular workouts, and I would still do a normal biceps and triceps workouts 1-2 x per week that focuses on lifting heavy.
