I hope you enjoy this 35-minute dynamic Vinyasa yoga class designed to build heat, strength, and space in the body through intelligent, breath-led movement. We move through progressive flowing sequences with intentional breath holds (1–5 breaths) to increase stamina, focus, and muscular endurance.
Expect strong standing work to tone the legs, stabilise the hips, and strengthen the core, combined with twists and expansive movements that improve mobility, circulation, and spinal health. The practice includes playful challenges such as arm balances, inversions, and back-opening work to boost confidence, coordination, and upper-body strength.
A fiery core sequence will test your resilience and mental focus, followed by grounding seated stretches and spinal rotations to release tension, support digestion, and restore balance. You’ll finish feeling energised, centred, and spacious, with both body and mind fully awakened.
Ideal for yogis looking to challenge themselves, improve overall strength and flexibility, and enjoy a short but powerful full-body Vinyasa flow.
