In eight short video's working with the application Max, developed by cycling74, is introduced. This series, focussing on realtime interaction on generative sound, was created for the class 'realtime processes with MaxMSP' (rmm) for the sonology program (www.sonology.org). As in some situations it is preferable to work with Puredata, each video as an addendum that shows how the same functionality can be achieved in that application.
Something that requires special attention is how a specific order underlies the triggering of events. In addition, this episode introduces the concept of lists and types.
