The deaths and illnesses caused by contaminated water in Indore’s Bhagirathpura have now been officially confirmed by a government report. CMHO Dr Madhav Hasani said that the report of water samples tested at the laboratory of Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College was received by the Health Department today. It has clearly confirmed that people fell ill and lost their lives due to drinking contaminated water. The death toll is keep on increasing. On 2nd January a 58 year old women died.
