Описание: 88 years after the Great Flood of 1889, the city of Johnstown, PA experienced a similar event in 1977. On the night of July 19, 1977, storms brought massive amounts of rain causing dams to fail and the Conemaugh River to flood. By morning, the city was under an estimated six feet of water. 80 people were killed. WTAJ aired a special report on the disaster. Watch the broadcast in its entirety.
