Описание: Olympic gold medal winner Amy Williams shares the secrets to sporting excellence in this inspiring talk. The lessons she learned in becoming the Great Britain skeleton champion apply to anything you want to do in life, Amy says, so you too can make the impossible, possible. Amy Williams MBE OLY is an Olympic gold medallist, speaker, TV presenter, personal trainer and mum. At her debut Winter Olympic Games in 2010, Amy claimed Team GB’s only gold medal of the games in skeleton. In winning gold, she became Britain’s first solo Winter Olympics champion in 30 years and the first female individual Gold Medallist for 58 years. After retiring in 2012, Amy has presented on BBC’s Ski Sunday, BBC Sport and the Eurosport commentary team for their coverage at the Sochi 2014, PyeongChang 2018, and Tokyo 2022 Olympics. She presented the Gadget Show for 3 years, trying out crazy gadgets and inventions. Now a mum to two boys, Amy’s passion for fitness is still burning strong, running her own personal training business. She is the author of “Talent to Triumph” which aims to help athletes achieve the next level of performance in their sport.
