Subah uthte hi
main bed par hi khud se positive baatein karti hoon.
Khud ko yaad dilati hoon ki
main strong hoon, main theek ho rahi hoon.
Phir main Bhagwan ko thank you bolti hoon
is ek aur din ke liye…
is zindagi ke liye.
Bed par hi baith kar
main 10 minute deep breathing karti hoon,
taaki mera mann aur body dono shaant ho sake.
Uske baad
main gunguna pani peeti hoon,
phir brush karke
haldi wala pani peeti hoon.
Phir main
sprouts khati hoon,
roz fruits khati hoon
aur uske baad apna nashta karti hoon.
Nashta ke baad
main park jaati hoon.
Wahan bina slippers ke
hari ghaas par chalti hoon.
Main tahalti hoon,
khud se baatein karti hoon,
dhoop ki garmi,
hawa ki thandak,
aur mitti aur phoolon ki khushbu
mehsoos karti hoon.
Nature ke saath time bitana
mujhe zinda mehsoos karata hai.
Park se aakar
main salad khati hoon,
phir khana khati hoon.
Ghar walon ke liye
main chai banati hoon,
lekin main khud chai nahi peeti.
Shaam 5 se 6:30
main apne liye rakhti hoon —
meditation, deep breathing aur pranayam ke liye.
Uske baad
main diary likhti hoon,
thodi der padhai karti hoon,
bacchon ke saath khelti hoon,
aur kitchen me help karti hoon.

main sirf book padh kar bhi khud ko shaant karti hoon.
