In this weeks video we sample some parts of Cumbria that we haven't previously visited. Two coastal locations; one near to Silloth called Bankmill Visitors Centre (a Camping and Caravan CS site) and another independent site called Estuary View Estates just outside Millom overlooking the estuary of Duddon Sands.
After some varied coastal weather, we head east into North Yorkshire where we stay at an award winning CS site called Colemans Camping in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales and the village of Aysgarth. I get a chance to experience the ferocity of the Asgarth Falls.
This is episode 111 in a series of videos cataloguing our post retirement adventures. We are Kath and Sue and we are travelling the UK with our two dogs Archie and Fudge and living full time in our Burstner Elegance Motorhome. We have given up conventional living for a new van-life, enjoying the freedom of the road and plenty of time outdoors taking in the beautiful countryside the UK has to offer.
