Delicious mouth watering Bengali chicken roast curry. This dish is absolutely bursting with flavours.
Ingredients
5 chicken legs
4 large onions diced
Half onion sliced thin for fried onions
1 table spoon mango pickle
1 table spoon garlic grated
1 table spoon ginger paste
Salt to your taste ( we used 1 half table spoons)
Half cup Mustard oil
Half cup Vegetable oil
Whole spices
1 cinamon stick
5 green cardamoms
1 star anise
3 bayleaves
1 Black cardamom
Whole black pepper 1 tea spoon
Half of 1 jawatri (mace)
Brown mustard seeds 1 tea spoon
Ground spices 1 tea spoon of
Tandoori powder
Garam masala
Haldi powder
Chilli powder
Coriander powder
Curry powder
Cumin powder
Mix powder
