100g cabbage
100g bean sprouts
1 clove of garlic
Green onion 5-7cm
5g ginger
2.5 tbp miso
1 tsp broad bean paste
1 tsp ground sesame seeds
1 tbp mirin
1 tbp of sake
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp chicken broth mix
3g dried bonito flakes
350ml water
1 serving of ramen noodles
