Gyutan at Tsukasa (牛タン焼専門店 司 東口ダイワロイネット店)—simple, steady, and familiar. In the morning, I stop by Sendai Asaichi (仙台朝市) for a croquette, letting the city wake up around me.
Lunch turns into grilled oysters, then raw oysters. By night, I sit down for yakiniku, where time stretches between bites and conversation fades into background noise.
Later, I wander through Iroha Yokocho (壱弐参横丁), narrow alleys carrying decades of footsteps. The night ends under the lights of Hapina Nakakecho (ハピナ名掛丁商店街), where street music fills the space between strangers.
The city reveals itself when you eat slowly and keep walking.
