🌱 Basic recipe for Black Beans in the Instant Pot:
▫️ 1:3 bean to water ratio (i.e. 2 cups of beans would require 6 cups of water)
▫️ 24-25 mins. on Manual (High Pressure) I will usually do 25 mins if my beans are a bit old, or if I need them to be very soft
▫️ NR (natural release) of pressure for 10-15 mins. (or longer is fine as well). If you need to do a QR (quick release) of pressure, you may want to cook the beans for 25-26 mins.
▫️ Add small piece of kombu (seaweed) if desired
▫️ Enjoy!
