Hard stop time, 15-minute fade out, one protected 24-hour off block weekly, no new tasks after 9 PM. Research shows productivity plateaus at 50 hours/week — working more doesn't help.

2. Sleep System
49 hours weekly, bedtime alarm 45 minutes before lights out, phone outside bedroom, strategic 20-minute naps. Sleep deprivation impairs judgment like alcohol intoxication.

3. Priority System (Eisenhower Matrix)
Box 1: Urgent & important (do now)
Box 2: Important not urgent (schedule this — most critical)
Box 3: Urgent not important (most farmers live here)
Box 4: Neither (eliminate)Goal: Spend 3+ hours weekly in Box 2. Use Friday 30-30: brain dump, matrix sort, schedule Box 2 time, drop one unnecessary task.

4. Mentor System
One 20-minute call can save 6 months and thousands in mistakes. Ask specific questions. Offer value in exchange. Get high-grade information from people in the arena.

The sequence matters: Sleep restores judgment → Boundaries create time → Priorities aim time → Mentors upgrade what you do with it.
